Barry brought a slim volume of the U.S. Constitution to the register to purchase on Wednesday night. You can only imagine my thrill and the subsequent conversation.
The other night Barry pointed out something that I've realized for a while now. My generation uses the term random almost as frequently as we use the term "actually." On the way to the grocery store yesterday, Laine and I tried to think of alternatives. Suggestions?
I'm betting that 99% was due to the fact that it was just after 4:00 a.m., but Laine and I just simply couldn't stop laughing last night: those deep belly laughs that made the whole apartment shake. Right before falling off to sleep, I realized aloud that my window had been open all evening, and that we must have been keeping the neighbors awake, which simply prompted more laughter.
I commissioned another cameo from Todd yesterday. Anyone else on the edge of their seat?
Lois literally paid off today for the first time. I feel like a grown up.
New addiction: Sex and the City. I don't have HBO, so I rented the first four episodes from season 1 the other night. Just 120 minutes and I'm hooked.
