Hands down, Michael's laughter. Sometimes it's loud. Other times it's completely silent and bottled inside. But always it's warm and genuine and perfect.

fan clubs...

Peter and I have started our own fan club for Belle and Sebastian, consisting of secret notes passed back and forth through the bookstore back channels... like notes between classes. Small and juvenile and mysterious... and it makes me smile.

new neighborhood...

I want to move to Charlestown. All those mint and salmon colored victorian houses and gas lamp-like streetlights. Utterly charming.

Olives' chocolate bombe is "gnarly and bumpy, smooth and creamy, crisp and crunchy." A zillion chocolate textures on one gigantic plate. Heavenly.
