frothy chaos  ::

Our weekend was non-stop house. And painting. And meltdowns.

So tonight we tried to avoid our to-do list with some fried wontons and our weekly trip to IKEA and some non-house talking.

On the way home we were talking about big ideas and I said that I thought that we were out of things to invent. And then B mentioned self-writing blogs. And so I said Blog-in-a-Box. Only it's a virtual box where you can download your own blog-- fill in a few names and nouns and verbs and geographical locations like Mad-Libs and wa-la-- an entire year full of posts at your exhibitionist disposal. And B decided that there would be no cost for a blog with ads, but the ad-free blogs would cost you.

I'd buy it.

Because last week was an 18 hour roundtrip to Coca-Cola in Atlanta, 41 hours spent pulling together a proposal, and then a week-ending management shakedown-- and that's all a very long way of saying that in the blogging world, 10 days can really get away from you. One minute you're having lunch at Kashish with Hamish, talking about his own personal corporate mergers and acquisitions and the next you're looking around the office for a few boxes to hold the personal items around your desk. Okay, maybe not THAT shaken, but definitely stirred-up and frothy-- like blown bubbles through a straw into a tall glass of cold milk.

So bear with me. This might take a while.
